Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re feeling anxious, stuck in patterns, or simply overwhelmed by life, therapy can give you the space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s really going on. This is about more than talking. It’s about creating the safety, insight, and support you need to reconnect with yourself.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we explore what’s under the surface of your symptoms. Together, we’ll look at the root causes and build tools to help you manage the here and now — while also moving toward long-term emotional clarity and resilience.
What I help with
- Generalised anxiety and stress
- High-functioning anxiety and burnout
- Panic attacks and emotional overwhelm
- Overthinking and self-doubt
- People-pleasing, shame and self-worth
- ADHD-related challenges
- Feeling lost or disconnected from yourself
My approach
I use an integrative approach that blends psychotherapy, positive psychology, and psychoeducation. We work with the nervous system, emotions, and patterns of thinking to create space for real, lasting change.
Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and always led by what feels most helpful to you. Some weeks might be about managing day-to-day anxiety. Others might involve deeper reflection around identity, purpose, or the roles you’ve learned to play.
This is your space — you set the pace.
In-person and online therapy
I offer sessions face-to-face from my peaceful therapy room in Cheadle, Staffordshire, or online via Zoom. Some clients mix both. You choose what feels most supportive for you.

Therapy/ Counselling
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you. Whether you prefer the calm of a welcoming therapy room or the privacy of your own space, we’ll work together at your pace — no pressure, no judgement, just real conversations that support your growth and wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore unhelpful patterns, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and take practical steps to help you move forward. Whether we meet online or in person, therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, build self-awareness, and develop the tools to navigate life with more confidence and ease.
What to expect:
A safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and emotions
Practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Deeper self-awareness to break free from unhelpful patterns
Support in navigating life transitions, relationships, and self-worth.
Single Session Focused Therapy (SSFT)
Sometimes, one focused conversation is all you need to gain clarity and feel more in control. My Single Session Focused Therapy (SSFT) offers a one-off, 90-minute session designed to help you explore a specific issue without the need for ongoing commitment.
SSFT is a structured, solution-focused approach that allows us to make the most of one meaningful session — giving you space to reflect, feel heard, and walk away with practical next steps.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by a decision, or want support with something that’s come up unexpectedly, this session offers time to pause and reset in a safe, supportive space.

Single Session Focused Therapy is helpful for:
Gaining clarity around a specific situation or decision
Exploring anxious thoughts or emotional overwhelm
Working through a recent challenge, conflict, or trigger
Breaking the cycle of overthinking or people-pleasing
A reset when you’re not ready for regular therapy
There’s no pressure for ongoing sessions — but if you decide you’d like further support, we can talk about what that might look like.

What to expect
We begin with an initial session to understand your needs and explore what you’d like to work on. From there, we meet weekly or fortnightly depending on your goals. Some clients come for short-term therapy. Others stay longer. There is no pressure either way.
Therapy is built on connection, trust, and feeling safe enough to be yourself. We go at your pace, always.
