Before becoming a therapist, I led national resourcing strategies and held senior roles in talent management for major UK brands, including Santander, Centrica, and Marks & Spencer. With over a decade of experience in HR and leadership, I saw first-hand how easily the “human” can get lost in Human Resources. Now, I work with organisations to re-centre emotional intelligence, psychological insight, and self-awareness at the heart of how they hire, lead, and retain their people.Before becoming a therapist, I led national resourcing strategies and held senior roles in talent management for major UK brands, including Santander, Centrica, and Marks & Spencer. My Online Therapy Practice
I offer secure, confidential sessions via Zoom for adults across the UK. Online therapy gives you the flexibility to attend sessions from the comfort of your own space — whether that’s home, your office, or even your parked car on a busy day. It’s discreet, convenient, and just as effective as face-to-face work.

My In-person Therapy Practice
I also offer face-to-face sessions from my private therapy room in Cheadle, Staffordshire. Some clients find the physical space grounding and supportive — a calm place to slow down, reflect, and reset. If you’re ever unwell or unable to attend in person, we can easily switch to online for that session.
