It began quietly, during my Master’s, when I started exploring what authenticity really meant. I thought I was writing a research paper but the Universe had other plans. Each insight, each a-ha moment, each time I noticed a belief that wasn’t truly mine, it all poured out of me and onto the page.

The more I explored, the more I uncovered. And underneath all the striving, overthinking, and anxiety, I found something unexpected — peace. A calm, grounded version of me I didn’t know existed. That part of me had always been there. I just needed the space to meet her.

That’s where Who the F*ck Do You Think You Are? was born. From lived experience, from healing, from a deep desire to show others what’s possible when you finally come home to yourself.

This isn’t a book about fixing or forcing. It’s an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and gently question the story you’ve been telling yourself. To reconnect with the truest version of you — the one that’s been whispering underneath it all.
