Gentle support in a group setting — online, welcoming, and rooted in real life.
Join me for a 2-hour reflective session designed for anyone struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm.
You’ll learn practical tools to calm your nervous system, gain perspective, and feel less alone — all in a safe, supportive space.

This workshop is designed to be accessible and affordable.
If anxiety has made it harder to access therapy or support, this is a gentle place to start. You’re welcome just as you are — no pressure to speak. You choose what to pay, based on what’s manageable for you right now (sliding scale £25–£40).
Important to know:
This is not a crisis service or a therapy group
It’s a reflective, supportive space focused on learning, understanding anxiety, and developing practical tools
Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to reflect quietly, speak if you feel comfortable, or simply take what you need
You’ll receive a short welcome and info email when you register, so you know exactly what to expect and how to get the most from the session
