12-Week Anxiety Programme

This programme offers structured, one-to-one therapy for anxiety — combining weekly sessions with personalised tools and consistent support. Whether you’re dealing with general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, or high-functioning anxiety, we’ll work together to explore the root causes and help you feel more in control.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:
Understanding how anxiety shows up for you
Exploring underlying patterns, past experiences, and emotional triggers
Learning practical tools to regulate your nervous system, manage overwhelm, and change unhelpful thinking
Building confidence, self-compassion, and long-term strategies for staying grounded
You’ll receive:
