Geri

Anxiety can be profoundly distressing and often reaches into many areas of life. For many people it’s something carried quietly, leaving them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and deeply alone in what they’re experiencing.

My interest in this work comes not only from professional training but also from lived experience, which has deepened my understanding of how complex and personal anxiety can be.

After 15+ years in corporate leadership and retraining as a psychotherapist, I became deeply interested in how the mind and nervous system respond to stress, and how understanding this can help people feel calmer and more in control.

Today I focus on helping people understand their anxiety, rebuild trust in themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
