Meet the Author

Geri is an accredited psychotherapist with a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Keele University. With over 15 years of corporate coaching experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in senior recruitment and talent management. Geri uses an integrative approach that includes Person-Centred Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help clients to thrive authentically. Her dedication to the field of human flourishing and authenticity is inspired by her own personal experiences and challenges which she openly shares to shine a light for others.
