Counselling and therapy offer a safe, supportive space to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected, these sessions provide a consistent place to reflect and reconnect with yourself.

We might focus on managing day-to-day challenges, but we can also delve deeper — examining identity, past experiences, self-worth, or patterns that influence your relationships and work.

There's no pressure to go anywhere you're not ready for. Some sessions might be practical and focused; others more reflective and emotional. Both are welcome.

What to expect:

> 50/60-minute sessions
> Weekly or fortnightly
> In-person (Cheadle) or online
> Short or long-term support — you decide
> Guided by what feels most helpful for you each time

We begin with an initial session to understand your needs and determine if we're a good fit. From there, we proceed at your pace.

Fee: £60 per session

Block bookings available:

One 90-minute session for support, clarity, or a mindset reset.

One 90-minute session for support, clarity, or a mindset reset. This one-off session is ideal if you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, facing a big decision, or simply need a space to pause, reflect, and get back on track.

You’ll walk away with:

> A clearer understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface
> Practical tools or strategies to support your next steps
> A renewed sense of calm, focus, and direction — without needing a long-term commitment

Fee: £150 Includes optional follow-up resources tailored to your session.

Perfect if you’re not ready for ongoing therapy but need focused support in the moment.

12-Week Anxiety Programme

Structured support using integrative tools to help you move through anxiety at the root.

> Personalised tools + check-ins
> Full support + anxiety toolkit

This programme offers structured, one-to-one therapy for anxiety — combining weekly sessions with personalised tools and consistent support. Whether you’re dealing with general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, or high-functioning anxiety, we’ll work together to explore the root causes and help you feel more in control.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:

  • Understanding how anxiety shows up for you
  • Exploring underlying patterns, past experiences, and emotional triggers
  • Learning practical tools to regulate your nervous system, manage overwhelm, and change unhelpful thinking
  • Building confidence, self-compassion, and long-term strategies for staying grounded

You’ll receive:

✔️ 12 weekly therapy sessions (online or in-person)

✔️ Personalised tools, exercises, and reflection prompts

✔️ Access to a private Dropbox folder with tailored resources

✔️ Optional in-between check-ins if needed
