I’m a registered Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Author who’s passionate about helping people understand themselves and thrive. I take an integrative approach, blending the Person-Centred Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Single Session Focused Therapy (SSFT) to meet each person’s unique needs.

With a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Keele University and additional training in Positive Psychology, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people to find clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to who they truly are.

I created the Self-Led Life® because I believe in the power of self-awareness and self-acceptance to transform lives. It’s a way of living that helps people align with their authentic selves and take charge of their own happiness.

As a BACP-registered therapist, I’m committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. I stay grounded in best practices through ongoing training, personal therapy, and regular supervision.
