I created Clear Mind Therapy because I believe real change happens when we address what’s beneath the anxiety – not just the symptoms.
After 15+ years in corporate leadership and retraining as a psychotherapist, I developed the Self-Led Life™ approach to help high-functioning people move from anxiety-driven patterns to authentic self-leadership.
Today, my focus is helping individuals build the self-trust and clarity needed to live authentically through transformational therapy work.
